It is an accredited and independently validated TESOL Certificate from the School for International Training (SIT), a recognized global leader in language education since 1964. The maximum class size is 12 with two full-time trainers. The course offers 130 hours of instruction, using an inductive, experiential, hands-on approach with up to 36 hours of observed practice teaching, observation and feedback. Theory comes from practice.

The Boston Academy of English (BAE) offers a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) Certificate to both native and non-native speakers of English from the US and around the world, through an experiential approach which is both academically rigorous and personally supportive. Also known as YWAM (pronounced "WYE-wam"), our calling is to know God and to make Him known.
